Brackenridge Tract Plans To Be Presented Thursday

Cooper, Robertson will present two conceptual master plans for the Brackenridge Tract to the U. T. System Board of Regents at around 1pm on Thursday, June 18 in Ashbel Smith Hall 9th Floor, 201 West Seventh Street.

Seating is limited, but there will be an overflow room and the meeting will be webcast here.

The regents will not make any decisions regarding the plans at this meeting.

Cooper, Robertson has already indicated that the plans involve consolidating the graduate student housing at the Brackenridge Apartments and the Colorado Apartments into a new, denser complex in Clarksville at the current location of the Gateway Apartments. That makes these tracts (see the last page of the pdf), and potentially some or all of the field lab, the most likely candidates for the first phase of development.
