Their latest, Maker, out now on Thrill Jockey, was recorded in their studio in Virginia and contains a plethora of rumbling compositions marked by memorable riffs, vocal harmonies, and a raw, organic sound. The brothers, known for utilizing the first couple of takes when recording, are expert musicians and their slow burning concoctions should appease fans of Black Sabbath as well as Dead Meadow.

Love this band. They played an unexpectedly terrific set last year when they opened for Arboretum. Great if you like Earth's last album. Can't beat free on the instore.
