Over the Memorial Day holiday weekend, all state and local sales taxes are being waved waived for Energy Star-qualifying appliances and household items. Eligible products include A/Cs, clothes washers (not dryers), ceiling fans, dehumidifiers, dishwashers, light bulbs, programmable thermostats, and refrigerators.
