McCracken + Leffingwell to Runoff; Riley, Martinez, Spelman + Cole Win

Brewster McCracken and Lee Leffingwell will need a runoff election to determine Austin's next mayor. The runoff election will be June 13, with early voting beginning May 27.

Chris Riley, Bill Spelman, Mike Martinez and Sheryl Cole each won their respective city council elections.
