    I remember getting the swine flu vaccine when I was 20 in 1976 at the UT undergraduate library. You had to show your ID to prove you were 18, like going to a bar (yes the drinking age in Texas at the time was 18). I remember the girl ahead of me was 17 and was turned away. Maybe she wasn't missing much. Certainly that big push initiated by President Ford didn't help him any in the election a few weeks later. I wonder if Obama will launch another campaign to get everyone over 18 -- or will it be 21 this time -- vaccinated against swine flu.
