Meanwhile, the Lollapaolooza lineup is official, boasting headliners like Beastie Boys, Depeche Mode, the Killers, Jane's Addiction and Tool. Taking place at Chicago's Grant Park in August, the festival will also feature middle support from a host of up and coming independent artists like Lykke Li, Passion Pit, Asher Roth, Friendly Fires, Gang Gang Dance, Bat For Lashes, Gaslight Anthem, Chairlift, The Airborne Toxic Event, The Virgins, Ida Maria, Glasvegas, and White Lies. They're also resurrecting the all-electronica stage Perry's, which will host DJ sets by Animal Collective, MSTRKRFT, Hercules and Love Affair and Austin-based Car Stereo (Wars). Advance three day passes are on sale now here. Follow the jump for the complete lineup.
Let's not forget about Bonnaroo, which happens sooner than either of the other two mentioned in Tennessee. Between June 11-14 in Manchester, TN, the festival will feature music, comedy, film and art by tons of performers. David Byrne will be curating a stage, Bruce Springsteen will headline, and the lineup is filled out by acts like Wilco, Neko Case, Allen Toussaint, Elvis Costello, Public Enemy, Erykah Badu and more. Tickets are on sale now here. Follow the jump for their complete lineup.

I thought Phish was headlining Bonaroo?
Phish is playing (twice), but it looks like they're a bit prouder of Bruce.
You posted the Lollapalooza lineup under the Bonaroo lineup also. (I know that's easy to do when festivals are so incredibly repetitive, but I thought I'd point that out)
you know, first of all I am pretty sure the festival organizers are pretty proud that Phish is playing their festival since they are the first band ever to be billed as playing two shows on the main stage. This festival would not even exist if it wasn't for the inspiration of the festivals created by Phish that led to superfly deciding to have festivals in the first place. Which, I might add, started the festival movement that we are so happy to finally have in the US. Just because a band doesn't fit into your hipster bullshit idea of what cool is doesn't mean that people aren't excited to see good music.
@ fikustree I'm sure that the Bonnaroo organizers are exceedingly proud of their Phish booking, but when you list Bruce Springsteen before Phish in your line-up, it usually means that he is the headlining act. It is not an opinion or some "idea of coolness", it is a fact. And even if it weren't a fact, how can it be bullshit to state an opinion?
My opinion is that Phish is lame—and I can back that up with experiential data, as I saw them once in Steamboat—but I don't like jam bands. I feel like carrying a blinking "Wrap It Up!" sign around with me when there is going to be a jam band in my vicinity.
