The Onion’s The A.V. Club and Decider have announced the details on their SXSW parties. On Monday the 16th, the entities, in conjunction with The Barbarian Group, present an evening shindig at The Mohawk -- featuring live performances by The Lemurs, Low Line Caller, and The Wooden Birds (Andrew Kenny from American Analog Set’s new project), along with comic relief courtesy of Eugene Mirman, and DJ sets by Sean O’Neal, editor of The A.V. Club and Decider.
The AVC/Decider combo has teamed up with Canvas Media to bring us quite the day show as well. The schedule for It’s Pronounced Par-TAY on Friday the 20th at Radio Room is as follows:
- Outside Stage: Cuff The Duke (Noon), The Thermals (1 p.m.), Gentleman Reg (2 p.m.), Cut Off Your Hands (3 p.m.), Ra Ra Riot (4 p.m.), and And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead (5 p.m.)
- Inside Stage: Ohbijou (Noon), Chikita Violenta (1 p.m.), Young Galaxy (2 p.m.), Dappled Cities (3 p.m.), Parenthetical Girls (4 p.m.), and Future Of The Left (5 p.m.)
