Japan Nite announces plans for SXSW

SXSW Asia released the details for its annual Japan Nite festivities last week. Elysium will be the venue of choice for the action in Austin; the tour then leaves for New York and more before culminating with shows in California at the end of March.

Japan Nite 1 is scheduled for March 20th and will feature live sets by FLiP, Dirty Old Men, HONEY SAC, Sparta Locals, GRAPEVINE, and detroit7.

Stereopony, Special Thanks, The Emeralds, SA, Asakusa Jinta, and quaff power Japan Nite 2 on March 21st.

The 2009 edition of SXSW Music takes place in Austin, TX from March 18th to March 22nd.
