Unless there's a plate that offers the alternative point of view, I don't like it. Not that I would get either plate.

Hell, I wish there was a carnivorous alternative to the "I like animals" plate.

on the one hand, in principal, i can get behind a license plate that promotes the pro-life point of view. i'm personally pro-choice, but you know, to each his own. people who are pro-life have plenty of valid reasons for their opinion.

where i draw the line is that the state is formally sanctioning this point of view, and there's no way in hell they'd ever offer one of these special license plates with "pro choice" or "freedom of choice".

through this program, the state is directly contributing taxpayer money to pro-life institutions which, for the most part, are religiously affiliated. therefore it's a clear violation of the first amendment to the Constitution of the United States.

what do you bet it gets passed with no fanfare anyway?
