under what circumstances does a naked person need to be tasered? someone needs to remind these cops that a taser is a substitute for deadly force. DEADLY FORCE!! because, ahem, sometimes it IS deadly force. sorry, but i really doubt a naked dude is a deadly threat to the po-po.
They should invest in a big fishing net to scoop up all the naked dudes.
