Scotch Tasting At Opal's

Fans of the single malt goodness should call 512-707-0237 or stop by Opal Divine's Penn Field in person to reserve a spot for the Glenlivet Speyside Scotch Whisky class on Wednesday evening. Instructor Mark Cronin from Glenlivet will taste attendees through a number of different Scotches and explain their differences, and a buffet of hearty smoked salmon, cheeses, breads, and meats will also be included. Unfortunately, there's no Haggis on the buffet, and Sean Connery does not plan to attend, but you can't have everything. Tickets are $25, advance booking is recommended, and the event begins at 7pm.
