UPDATE: "Uncle Lou's" is the name of the poboy, but the place to get it is at Shuggie's, in the new Trailer Park and Eatery located at 1311 South 1st St. next to the Torchy's trailer.

Lightly fried catfish with pineapple coleslaw topped with jalapeno-onion chow-chow on a toasted Philly roll.
