They don't care about that JRR. All that matters to those companies is squeezing more money out of newly-arrived condo seekers. Those companies are more interested in redesigning Austin to look and feel like New York or LA.

Werd, this is great news! Please make sure to open the new location with the same look and feel. Without that, an unwanted new crowd may descend upon the brew. I also miss Waterloo - it was one of the best places in town.
