Texas-Arkansas Game Postponed To Sept. 27
With Hurricane Ike threatening the Texas coast and severe weather expected in the Austin area this weekend, University of Texas officials have postponed Saturday's Texas-Arkansas football game.
The game will be played on Saturday, Sept. 27, a date that both schools had open on their schedules. No time has been announced yet.
The rescheduled game is now on the same weekend as the Austin City Limits Music Festival, creating a challenge for out-of-town fans to get a hotel room.
