I was going to ask if this was the same guy as the one who rides the bike. Apprently he found some sort of underground fame. I heard a film crew talking to him the other day on the Lamar ped bridge. Saw this dude in the same outfit at the corner of 6th and Lamar on Thursday morning. The thong was odd, but the real shocker is that he was barefoot.
