Well, Hello, Dolly!

Hurricane Dolly, classified as Category 2 this morning, is hitting the lower Texas coast, with the eye seemingly headed for Harlingen. Earlier this afternoon, Gov. Perry asked for a presidential disaster declaration which would aid recovery efforts after the storm is done slamming the border area.

The latest news has Dolly weakening back to category 1 status.
