Planet Make-Over Launch Event

Planet Make-Over, an interactive, entertainment driven, musician/celebrity-led, movement to reverse the effects of global warming, will kick off their new initiative with a fundraiser event at the Four Seasons. Celebrity endorsers of Planet Make-Over include Willie Nelson, Alejandro Escovedo and Kris Kristofferson.

The mission of the Planet Make-Over Foundation is to convert people's awareness of climate change into measurable action that enables the reversal of global warming. The Planet Make-Over Foundation has created an endowment to assist and support Artists in their efforts to contribute to the Planet Make-Over mission. Funds raised from the July 20 kick-off event will benefit this Endowment for the Arts.

The kick-off event will include performances by Delbert McClinton, Alejandro Escovedo, Eric Johnson, Joe Ely, Patrice Pike, Carolyn Wonderland, Dave Sebree, Neal McCarthy, Spencer Gibb, Bob Schneider, Marcia Ball, Dan Dyer and Malford Miligan.
