Train surfing has been common in Europe and the far east for years, you wait on a bridge where you know the train will slow and jump on, the real nut cases transfer between trains at the same bridge where possible... I guess the cops are trying not to draw attention to it by not calling it a train surfing related death... In Europe people get killed when they fail to get off trains before they go underground and often get scraped off the top as the train goes into the tunnel or beheaded running towards the back of the train to get away from the entrance. It's an EXTREME sport.</p>
