Ex-Bolm Studios, Big Medium Hosts First Fundraiser

East Austin art studio Big Medium—formerly known as Bolm Studios—will host its first fundraising event this weekend. "Night Owl and Early Bird" is an interactive two-day affair that starts tonight and runs through tomorrow morning.

This evening, attendees will participate in art-making with local artists; everything created will be donated to Big Medium and sold during the Early Bird auction on Saturday morning. Artists are welcome to bring finished pieces to donate, as well. On Saturday, the silent auction begins at 10 a.m., with the live auction starting promptly at noon. As an added incentive, they'll be providing breakfast treats courtesy of Central Market, coffee from Café Mundi, and Tito’s Bloody Marys.
