Daring Escape Plan Foiled!
Authorities in Georgetown found a toddler strolling alongside I-35 in the wee hours of Friday morning. The boy, currently being taken care of by child protective services, lives at the nearby Water's Edge Apartments. Police say they've already identified the parents and have no plans to file charges.
