<description>&lt;p&gt;I learned to drive in El Paso, and it was always scary and jarring to visit Austin. Austin drivers seemed to me to be more aggresive and less accommodating. Now that I have lived in Austin a while I actually learned to hate to drive. I thought it was just me being too timid - many people complained of El Paso drivers being too slow, so I am satisfied that All State saw fit to qualify my previous habits as &quot;good driving.&quot; 

Just a note: the post says the study took age and gender into account. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
