Here's your chance to voice your opinion on the severity of jaywalking....
I would say the one thing (and it isn't a small thing) that would put Houston above Austin on a list like this is the abundance of jobs/opportunities. I get tired of these lists that point to Austin's booming job market, while not clarifying who it is booming for (typically MBA's and those with 10, 15+ years of work experience). Houston offers more opportunities for "average" people.
How is jaywalking a driving behavior?
