<description>&lt;p&gt;The photo you used for this post is misleading.  That&apos;s a camera, yes, and it&apos;s near a red light, yes.  But it&apos;s not a &quot;red light camera.&quot;  It&apos;s a camera used for vehicle detection (to determine how long to leave a left turn arrow lit, for example).
