Actually, Random, Kingwood was annexed by Houston back in 1996. Never doubt Houston's sprawlpower.

They actually live in Kingwood. Even with Houston's sprawl, including Kingwood in the Houston umbrella is a bit of a stretch

The only funny thing is trying to imagine the discussion that led up to the decision to do this. I mean seriously, how fucked up to you have to be to decide that this is the logical Point B that's between Points A and C?
