I don&apos;t think he&apos;s targeting Asians . . . I think he&apos;s probably going after people who A) are on campus late at night, and B) would tend to have expensive high-tech equipment on them. It probably just so happens that a lot of Natural Science students (who have nice computers/other items) who have to work/study late into the night are probably international students . . . That&apos;s my theory anyway.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
