I am happy to hear about this development for now. Looking forward to seeing how this helps out since I have not read about the detailed purposes in doing this. Does this keep them off the benches at night, away from downtown, or does it push these renters away from inner city intersections? 

Would like to hear more. I am surprised to be the first comment.
