Congestion pricing is radical? Really? Wow! Really?!
Yes, King Kirby, it does seem odd that the idea of allocating a scarce commodity based on price would be a radical idea in a market based society, but the oil/automobile industries have so warped government policy that people see no hypocricy in declaring that roads should be free, while decrying every other government provided benefit as socialism.
