Regarding the bicycle forum; was there any discussion of bicycle registration and mandatory classes for those choosing to utilize public streets?
No. But Lee Leffingwell said he wanted to create protected pulpits on medians for panhandlers so they won't get killed by drunk drivers.

Cops don't really look for them after they're stolen anyway.
You know we're in housing hell when $375 a little house with no private bathroom for a homeless person is "affordable housing".
I don't understand why the hell they need cable TV though.
