<description>&lt;p&gt;I had an interesting chat on Sunday with a long-time event organizer and planner who corroborated several other stories about TABC being called on the parties this year.  Apparently they showed up at the Red Bull party and a few others trying to shut them down.  Not all the parties realized that TABC&apos;s jurisdiction does NOT cover private parties as long as the organizers keep a list of all attendees.  Next year it&apos;ll be building inspectors.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
