After whittling down the list of finalists from among hundreds of international submissions by innovative designers and developers, SXSW Interactive announced their web award winners on Sunday night during the annual ceremony at the Hilton. In its 11th year, the event was hosted by funny man Eugene Mirman (Austinist Interview).
