I like to put put my bike in the back of my truck and just leave it there and then drive around so everyone can see that I usually bike everywhere. Also I don't have to help people move because my bike is back there.

truecraig, my vehicle is two bikes welded together with crossbeams made out of nothing but LOVE and STARSHINE. It bears an engine which drives the bicycle gears on nothing but goodwill. (Sometimes I fill the tank with petroleum in a pinch, but it's made by squeezing Care Bears in a press, which is pretty much the same thing as liquid goodwill). The enclosure, made of sheet metal which I'm assured that some well-meaning gent had to do some sort of dance to ask the Earth to volunteer in a spirit of loving togetherness, exists not to shelter me from the world, but to protect the world from anything I might utter in a weak moment of bile. It looks like a Prius, but trust me, it's really two bikes and all that other shit. dammit, I miss my bike.

fuck yeah. There's no power like pedal power. I got home yesterday from work in 7 minutes on my bike, it made me feel better than anything I've known recently, so what if I almost got creamed by turning cars?
