there were more cameras there than people. i guess austinist and its ten competitors were there. or maybe there was an entrance requirement that you be carrying a big, dopey camera with an oversized lense?

and one person kept jamming his camera in the lead singer's face - like, he was trying to get a shot of which teeth had crowns or something. kinda bizarre. i thought the lead singer was gonna put a boot in his face. how is anyone supposed to do anything when you got a big chuck of plastic and glass in your grill? listen - give the dude six inches of space. shit.

the crowd wasn't quite as lame as the sf crowd, but basically a pretty typical 'Stuff White People Like' crowd.
