Monday Deadline to Register to Vote

If you want to vote in Texas' presidential primary elections but haven't registered yet, time is running out. Monday is the last day for voter registration.

The quickest way to register is to head to the Texas Secretary of State's website to download or request a registration application.

If you're unsure whether you're currently registered, the site also has a tool that allows you to confirm your registration status. That's especially important if you've moved since you last voted.

The Texas presidential primary, both Republican and Democratic, is March 4. If you're already thinking about voting early, the Secretary of State website has info on that, too.
