Facebook Founder to Speak, get Social, and do some Networking at SXSW Interactive

South by Southwest Interactive Festival announced late Thursday that Facebook founder, CEO and obnoxiously successful 23-year-old Mark Zuckerberg will be among the keynote speakers this year. Others will include PostSecret's Frank Warren and game designer Jane McGonigal. This year's Opening Remarks will be given by Henry Jenkins, author and Co-Director of the Comparative Media Studies Program at MIT, and Steven Johnson, author of several popular emerging technologies books.

A super swell, baby-faced Harvard drop-out, Zuckerberg is constantly balancing on the edge of controversy, whether it be college hacking, the murky origins of Facebook, or the implementation of new privacy invading features on his fancy website. Yet, for a venture that is barely four years old, Zuckerberg has garnered billion dollar buyout bids, household name status and a probable place in the history books.

Zuckerburg's keynote presentation will be on Sunday, March 9, at 2 p.m. Sarah Lacy, author, BusinessWeek columnist and co-host of Yahoo Finance's" TeckTicker," will host an on-stage interview with Zuckerberg. We're hoping he'll weigh in on the woes of Scrabulous, the application that compels most of us log on to Facebook in the first place.
