I'm really impressed at how Garcia handled that accident. He stopped, called the cops, didn't have anything in his system, and had time to compliment the EMS workers.
I drive that stretch of Braker multiple times a week and I always felt it was a death trap at night, with people running across in the dark. It's awful that it took a tragedy to do it, but maybe that scary stretch will get some crosswalks and lights, now.
