A..something...something...ist Makes Voters Go Crazy

UPDATE: After lots of votes, the race is neck-and-neck. Polls are open until 11pm tonight.

A certain local website with a feature that starts with "A" and ends with "ist" (which appeared right around the time they hired our former editor) is having a little poll. They ask "Which local Web site is the best?" Um ... le duh!

Inexplicably, they have gotten a lot of votes for themselves. The only thing more tacky than winning your own poll would be soliciting votes to try to win someone else's poll, especially a poll on a website that we don't even read (if it isn't in Pitchfork, who cares?). So that is what we are doing. Vote Austinist.com! W00T!
