Austinist: Man Wanted in "Terroristic Threat" on UT Campus

Eh... Terroristic Threat doesn't mean you're threatening to blow up a building or anything. I remember in highschool these 2 kids that hated me went to the campus police and told them that I said I was going to shoot them. They went in there crying and everything. Yep, I got charged with a terroristic threat for that. So I got expelled from school that day for receiving a class b misdemeanor on school campus, and then they suspended me. All the while remember I was just charged with it and not guilty at that point. Anyways, the judge threw it out because he thought it was pretty dumb. Total fucking bullshit overall.

It would be nice to finally catch somebody doing this. That building receives threats a lot, though I doubt it's always from the one guy. But if they can catch him and make an example out of him, maybe assholes who are mad about their bad grades will stop calling in fake bomb threats. What a little sh*t.
