<description>&lt;p&gt;I read this in the Statesman on Sunday, my first reaction was that Perry not having his own email account wasn&apos;t such a big deal but the more I thought about it, the more dubious it became.

And on the storage of emails, since when did they have to be stored online? Didn&apos;t they ever hear of archiving, or simply copy off on to DVD once per quarter and putting the DVD somewhere safe?

Heck its on;ly the Governors office, nothing important here, move along.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
