Extra Extra
- "Texans have shown little interest in nine billion dollars worth of initiatives." Have you voted yet?
- Sorry, Ice Bats. Cedar Park has another team in mind for their arena-to-be.
- Upcoming 2008 state anti-pollution law is causing problems already; if TCEQ is too lax on coal/power plants, cities and school districts stand to lose a lot of money.
- Fed Chairman gave speech in San Antonio today.
- This morning a suspect fleeing from the cops jumped off an IH35 bridge in Round Rock.
- APD isn't going to release video footage of the cop who picked up a hooker earlier this year.
- Peeping Tom/Lennar employee turns himself in to cops after looking into various bathroom windows in Hutto.

I'll never travel up to Cedar Park to see a game.
I effing live in Cedar Park and wouldn't go see a game.
What in the hell is with the stupid hockey in this town??? It's inexplicable. The Ice Bats are one too many hockey teams already.
Its amazing that hockey can even exist at this level and especially in a place like Texas. People don't even watch the NHL, (oh wait, everyone knows that Ottowa is 13-1 right?) but then again, almost anyone who can skate can play in the leagues down here as a "professional" player. I'd be willing to put up a lot of middle and high school teams from Minnesota up against any of these clowns based purely on skill level.
