Totally wack, it is! These students are making UT a better institution through their top notch research (on the cheap!) and they sit on waiting lists for months or longer to get into these apartments. This public hearing will actually be starting at 1:30 p.m. and anyone interested in getting their word in should submit a request in writing no later than Wednesday to bor@utsystem.edu.
