<description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting article in the current issue of Business Week that speaks to this issue.  It seems to me that renewable energy credits will mean nothing as long as there are coal burning plants in existence, but I do not claim to be an expert on these matters.

<description>&lt;p&gt;They are still on the verge of evil, yuppie empire though. Wind credits are just a token attempt at environmentalism that produce no real reduction in emissions.
