Pedestrian friendly? Please -- what a fucking joke. I nearly get plowed on my daily 5-block walk to Congress Ave to catch the bus.

What would help is walk signs that automatically change to the "walker" with the green light instead of a push-button method. I don't need to touch a greasy button two light-cycles in advance to safely cross the street on a green light, but otherwise cars pay no heed to a person crossing in the cross walk.

Sadly, cars rule this city.

It is a travesty that the city that houses AYC is only fourth in the Most Attractive category. Perhaps he was in Milan doing a photo shoot when the good people of Travel + Leisure were in town.

The funny thing about this is that everything we scored low on is what makes us unique. In a few years it will probably be flip flopped. Take that as you will.

Wow, these rankings are really meaningful! It's no surprise that we beat Chicago, San Francisco, DC, Philly, and New York in being pedestrian friendly!

Poor Philadelphians, they finished dead last in the attractive category.

Ugliest City in America...

we however should pat ourselves on the back for being pretty hot.
