A nuclear power plant in Bay City. Must be an experiment in seeing just how low they can lower residents life expectancies. I have faith that the State of Texas can achieve a city with a negative life expectancy.

We need all the nuclear power plants we can get... at least until we have efficient solar / wind / hydro / cold fusion.

It's not a new nuclear power plant, it's an expansion of the current one in Matagorda County.
