I'm only going for cheap drinks, hence my love of BYOB joints around town, quality food is worth spending a few bucks on. Still, a ten dollar corking fee isn't exactly "thrifty", but the food was so good that I thought I'd tell you all about it from the kindness of my heart. Seriously though, leave the wine at home, their sangria rocks.

I guess when the requirements are 'cheap and brazilian' your options are kind of limited. If it is just cheap, then I totally agree with #2; Sampaio is not first place that pops into my head. Puzzling post all in all.

Sampaio's is great, but I'm not really sure why you'd want to go there if "cheap" is what you're looking for. Not that it's going to break the bank, but it's on the pricier side, even for lunch.

For bargain boozing, go to The Dog House in that strip mall between I-35 and Highland Mall. $2.50 pints and something like 30-some-odd beers on tap.
