<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;m not sure, but if I had to hazard a guess, I&apos;d assume the air conditioning might be done with chilled water and would be billed separately.  Without A/C costs, the electricity portion of my CoA utility bill would regularly be in the $15-30 range, if that high.  

Hizzoner&apos;s $24 electric bill translates to about 180 kWh, or 250 W worth of load running 24/7 30 days a month.  There&apos;s no way June or July air conditioning is counted in that bill.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;Mine too.  I&apos;ve lived in efficiencies in college where the electric bill didn&apos;t get that low and that&apos;s without a dishwasher, a clothes washer, or a dryer.  I think he&apos;s getting a mayoral cut-back from Austin Energy.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
