What's the deal with him lately?! Is he the mayor or running for prom king? Jeebus.

He's the mayor and having fun in the public eye, as well as promoting worthy causes. I kinda like it. Seems to fit our city rather well, what with him skirting the fine line between hip and aging hipster.

MAN, WILL IS COOL AS HELL. WE HAD LUNCH AT BURGER KING ONCE. HE EVEN GAVE ME A TIP - DON'T PEE IN THE WIND.

If you are speaking against his development plans, he has a hard time controlling his anger. Check the rebroadcast of the 8/9/2007 Council Meeting time 8:33-8:36PM and listen to him draw out “Yoooooouuuuu” before he came to his senses . The Mayor and the Council went into the "unprecedented" (1) step of approving the rezoning plan for Windsor Park and University Hills in 3 readings in one night, denying citizen comments for the 2nd and 3rd readings, despite testimony that residents were never notified of the rezoning, and that . He is nice if it involves PR for him, but at his throne at City Hall Council meeting room he practices Boris Yeltsin style democracy.

he pitched al gore's global warming presentation at my company today. he pretended to be cool and laid back by cursing repeatedly throughout his speech, using words like "apeshit" to get his point across.

at one particular moment, he pretended to be agitated and then started to cry, and afterward said he "just gets emotional" about the topic. funny because i looked around and his presentation wasn't evoking emotion in anyone. maybe it was another lame attempt at acting - just like this elvis gig - or mania.

Looking a little pudgy, E.

We should be nicer to our mayor if he's having breakdowns and crap. But then again, maybe he should insitute a minimum wage increase to meet the cost of living in Austin if he wants us all to love him so bad.

When did minimum wage become the domain of local government?
