Ay yie yie, this post took a turn for the worst, didn't it, Eliz? :) I'm going to do my best not to fuel the fire here, but I do find it a little amusing that the guest commenter things we're rich because we have a Wii. It's actually the least expensive of all the consoles! Hard to come by w/ all the hype, but not expensive. But to Jef's point, we do work hard and those things are our reward. Clearly this person's is making mean comments on Austinist. ;)

I have NO TV but I do have a lot of books to read and friends to talk to and art projects to work on to keep me interesting and smart and active so I don't get all fat and stupid like you, jef.

Maybe I'll just go steal yours and that way I can have one too ya dick.

We have an HD tv and a REAL HD TiVo (not that Time Warner crap box). It's called working for a living and saving up. Go get a decent job where you can spare $200 and you too can have toys one day.
