Oh please, I bet city hall is full of longtime girlfriends making a whole assload of money to do nothing. If not city hall then the law offices that our elected representatives left to go work at city hall. Oldest scam in the book. Sucks if you're an ugly woman having to look at biddies getting paid to get manicures.

As I recall, it was a lot more than just "a personal relationship with a woman he'd hired" that got Moriarty fired. It was a longtime girlfriend that he ensconsed in a cushy $80K/year job doing very little work. I'm not going to defend people like Bruce Todd & David Armbust -- they're sleazy hucksters too -- but Bill Moriarty hardly qualifies as a standard bearer for government ethics.

Having witnessed Bruce Todd's penchant for intentionally misrepresenting facts and statistics during his push to pass a mandatory adult bicycle helmet law, I hope he goes down in this suit. He cares not for truth or our safety. Bruce Todd is driven by greed and power. Seth
