<description>&lt;p&gt;I&apos;ve been trying to get the school next to my house to enforce such a policy and they just don&apos;t give a crap if the kids and neighbors are forced to breathe diesel fumes for no reason.  A state law would make lots of sense.  Thanks for killing this, Asshole Perry!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
