We're hooked on just about any original programming that HBO has to offer, and with Sopranos about to end its run—we're fine with Tony getting whacked, as long as it stops that nose breathing—we're excited to check out their next batch of shows.
One show that we won't have to wait long to check out is Flight of the Conchords, a new comedy reality series that follows the New Zealand "folk/pop/comedy" duo of the same name as they attempt to break into the New York scene.
The first episode is online, but for those of you who can't stand to watch TV on your computer, our friends at Cornerstone Promotions are hosting a special screening on Tuesday, June 5th, at the downtown Drafthouse. What's more, they'll cover your drinks and food. Show up early to enjoy pre-show tunes by Prince Klassen, and to ensure entry—seating is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

"we're fine with Tony getting whacked, as long as it stops that nose breathing"
funniest line ever read by a human being.
For the RSVP, it says that you need to enter an affiliation. Can I enter "Austinist" ?
yes, just say you read about it on austinist
Thanks, Allen :-).
I'm on the list for June 5th...now I just need to find a guest !
